Mattress Home proudly assists our customers throughout the warranty process by preparing and submitting warranty claims directly to King Koil as a complimentary service.
Warranty decisions are made exclusively by King Koil, who determines whether a claim qualifies under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.
To begin a warranty claim, we require a complete documentation package, including photographs of the mattress, foundation or support system, law tags, proof of purchase, and any additional information requested by King Koil. Claims cannot be submitted until all required documentation has been received.
If you are unable to provide the required photographs, Mattress Home offers an optional in-home documentation service for a fee. A member of our delivery team will visit your home to photograph the mattress and supporting documentation needed for your warranty submission. This service is limited to collecting documentation only and does not include a warranty inspection or determination of warranty eligibility.
