Protection beyond comfort.
Every mattress sold at Mattress Home is backed by a manufacturer warranty. While warranties are issued and administered by the manufacturer, our team is here to help guide you through the process.
If you believe your mattress may qualify under the manufacturer’s warranty:
• We guide you on gathering required photos and documentation
• You submit all required materials through our online warranty form
• We review the submission for completeness
• We coordinate directly with the manufacturer according to their guidelines
• We keep you informed throughout the process
Manufacturer review times typically range from 1–3 weeks.
Approval decisions and timelines are determined solely by the manufacturer and are outside of Mattress Home’s control.
Incomplete submissions cannot be forwarded. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide all required documentation so the claim may be properly submitted.
To protect your coverage:
• Law tag must remain attached
• Proper foundation or approved support system must be used
• Mattress must be free from stains or unsanitary conditions
• Structural damage from misuse is not covered
Many manufacturers require the use of their matching foundation to maintain warranty eligibility.
Using an improper frame, particularly queen or king frames without center support, may void the warranty.
We strongly recommend verifying support compatibility at the time of purchase.
Normal body impressions are not considered defects.
Most manufacturers require a visible impression of a specified depth (without weight on the mattress) before a claim qualifies.
Softening of comfort materials over time is considered normal wear and is not a warranty defect.
Warranty claims are evaluated through documentation.
Clear photos must include:
• Full mattress surface
• Close-up of the issue
• Measurement of the indentation
• Law tag
• Foundation or support system
• Frame structure (including center support for queen/king sizes)
If you are unable to provide required documentation, we offer an in-home inspection service for a fee, similar to our delivery service pricing.
This fee covers transportation and inspection time.
Manufacturer warranties typically do not cover:
• Comfort preference changes
• Normal wear
• Minor cosmetic issues
• Damage from improper support
• Stains or moisture damage
• Clearance or final sale merchandise
Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects only.
Many concerns can be resolved by:
• Verifying foundation support
• Rotating the mattress (if applicable)
• Allowing additional break-in time
If you are unsure whether your issue qualifies, contact our team before submitting documentation.
