How It Works

To qualify for a Price Assurance adjustment:

• The product must be identical (same brand, model, size, and comfort).
  
• The lower price must be publicly advertised by Mattress Home or an authorized Florida brick-and-mortar retailer.
  
• The product must be new, in stock, and available for immediate purchase at the time of your request.
  
• Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  
• One price adjustment is permitted per purchase.
  
• Requests must be made before a Comfort Exchange has been initiated.
  

Approved price adjustments are credited back to the original method of payment.

Price Assurance Exclusions

Our 30-Day Price Assurance does not apply to:

• Clearance, outlet, floor models, open-box, refurbished, used, or final sale merchandise.
  
• Flash sales, doorbuster promotions, or limited-time offers not actively supported by Mattress Home.
  
• Coupon codes, influencer offers, affiliate promotions, membership pricing, employee discounts, or loyalty rewards.
  
• Bundle pricing, package discounts, rebates, gift-with-purchase offers, financing incentives, or deferred-interest promotions.
  
• Delivery, setup, removal, taxes, or other service-related charges.
  
• Pricing errors, typographical mistakes, or obvious advertising errors.
  
• Products sold through online marketplaces, warehouse clubs, liquidation outlets, auction platforms, or unauthorized resellers.
  
• Pricing from retailers that are not authorized dealers for the manufacturer.
  
• Special-order products, custom merchandise, and non-stock sizes, which are subject to separate policies.
  
• Price comparisons that do not reflect the total delivered purchase price, including any required delivery or service charges.

If your new mattress isn't the perfect fit, you may exchange it one time within 120 nights of delivery, provided it meets the requirements of our Comfort Exchange Program.

Mattress Home White Glove Exchange Service

Unlike many retailers, Mattress Home manages the entire exchange process for customers within our local Florida delivery area.

Our professional delivery team will:

• Deliver your replacement mattress
  
• Remove your exchanged mattress
  
• Handle all transportation and manufacturer return logistics
  
• Complete the exchange during a single scheduled visit
  

To protect the integrity of the exchange process, exchanged mattresses cannot be brought to one of our stores to avoid applicable exchange fees. All exchanges must be completed by Mattress Home's professional delivery team.

Comfort Exchange Fee

A one-time Comfort Exchange fee applies to all approved exchanges.

• 7% Comfort Exchange Fee on most mattress sizes.
  
• 25% Comfort Exchange Fee for California King and Split California King mattresses due to the additional handling and transportation required.

Nationwide & Outside Our Local Delivery Area

Customers outside Mattress Home's local Florida delivery area—including nationwide deliveries—remain fully eligible for our 120-Night Comfort Exchange Program.

However, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for transportation of the exchanged mattress to the Mattress Home warehouse in Florida. Mattress Home does not coordinate or provide pickup or return logistics for exchanges outside our local delivery area.

Once the exchanged mattress has been received and inspected, your replacement mattress will be prepared according to our standard exchange process.

Exchange Requirements

To qualify for the 120-Night Comfort Exchange Program:

• The mattress must be clean and free of stains, tears, or abuse.
  
• A mattress protector is strongly recommended to help preserve exchange eligibility.
  
• Only one Comfort Exchange is permitted per mattress purchase.
  
• The replacement mattress must be of equal or greater value. Price differences apply where applicable.

If you're unable to provide the required photographs, Mattress Home offers an optional in-home documentation service for a fee.

A member of our delivery team will visit your home to collect the documentation required for your warranty submission. This service is limited to documentation collection only and does not include a warranty inspection or determination of warranty eligibility.
