Warranty
Every Mattress Home mattress comes with a manufacturer warranty that covers manufacturing defects only and excludes comfort preference changes, normal wear, minor cosmetic issues, and damage from improper use or support. Our team guides you through the entire warranty claim process—from gathering photos and documentation to coordinating with the manufacturer and keeping you informed, with typical review times of 1–3 weeks.
To maintain coverage, you must keep the law tag attached, use the recommended foundation or approved support system, and keep the mattress free of stains and unsanitary conditions. Normal body impressions and gradual softening of comfort layers are considered regular wear and are not covered under warranty. Claims are evaluated based on clear photos of the mattress, foundation, and frame; if you cannot provide sufficient documentation, we offer an in‑home inspection service for a fee.
Before filing a claim, we recommend checking your foundation support, rotating the mattress where applicable, and allowing extra break‑in time. If you are unsure whether your issue qualifies, contact our team before submitting your documentation.
Delivery
Mattress Home offers tiered delivery options designed to fit how you live, from simple door‑to‑door drop‑off to full white‑glove in‑room setup. Door‑to‑Door Delivery brings your order to your front door or building entrance, while White Glove Delivery includes in‑room placement, full mattress and base setup, one‑to‑one removal of your old mattress, and removal of packaging materials. For adjustable bases, Premium Adjustable Base Delivery adds professional assembly, electrical connection and testing, plus a brief walkthrough of basic functions.
Furniture deliveries are quoted individually based on the number of pieces, size, configuration, location, and access complexity. Delivery pricing applies to defined local zones by zip code, with potential surcharges for outer or distant areas. An adult must be present at delivery, with a clear pathway and pre‑arranged access; delivery and service fees are non‑refundable once delivery is attempted or completed.
