Our team guides you through the entire warranty claim process—from gathering photos and documentation to coordinating with the manufacturer and keeping you informed, with typical review times of 1–3 weeks.

To maintain coverage, you must keep the law tag attached, use the recommended foundation or approved support system, and keep the mattress free of stains and unsanitary conditions. Normal body impressions and gradual softening of comfort layers are considered regular wear and are not covered under warranty. Claims are evaluated based on clear photos of the mattress, foundation, and frame; if you cannot provide sufficient documentation, we offer an in‑home inspection service for a fee.

Before filing a claim, we recommend checking your foundation support, rotating the mattress where applicable, and allowing extra break‑in time. If you are unsure whether your issue qualifies, contact our team before submitting your documentation.

Delivery
