Mattress Home proudly assists our customers throughout the warranty process at no additional charge. Our team prepares and submits your warranty claim directly to King Koil, helping ensure all required documentation is complete before submission.

Warranty Approval

All warranty claims are reviewed and decided exclusively by King Koil in accordance with the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty. Mattress Home does not determine warranty eligibility or warranty outcomes.

Required Documentation

To begin a warranty claim, we require:

Proof of purchase
Mattress law tags
Photographs of the mattress
Photographs of the foundation or support system
Photographs of the reported concern
Any additional documentation requested by King Koil

Warranty claims cannot be submitted until all required documentation has been received.

Optional In-Home Documentation Service

If you're unable to provide the required photographs, Mattress Home offers an optional in-home documentation service for a fee.

A member of our delivery team will visit your home to photograph the mattress and supporting documentation required for your warranty submission.

This service is limited to documentation collection only and does not include a warranty inspection or determination of warranty eligibility.

The pricing shown above applies to customers within Mattress Home's primary Florida delivery area. Deliveries outside our standard service area may require additional distance-based delivery charges, which will always be confirmed before your order is scheduled.

Nationwide Delivery

Mattress Home proudly serves customers throughout the United States through carefully selected white-glove delivery partners.

Although the final delivery may be completed by one of our trusted nationwide delivery partners, every order is managed and supported by the Mattress Home team from purchase through delivery.

120-Night Comfort Exchange

Customers within Mattress Home's local delivery area enjoy our complete White Glove Comfort Exchange service, including pickup and delivery of their replacement mattress.

Customers outside Mattress Home's local delivery area—including nationwide drop-ship orders—remain fully eligible for our 120-Night Comfort Exchange Program. To participate, the exchanged mattress must be returned to the Mattress Home warehouse in Florida in clean, like-new condition. Transportation to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer.

This policy allows customers nationwide to enjoy the same comfort exchange program while recognizing the additional logistics associated with long-distance deliveries.

Special-order King Koil mattresses typically arrive within 10–14 business days.
